ThumbPro provides innovative thumb protection products designed for baseball and softball players. Their products help athletes prevent injury, enhance performance, and maintain comfort during gameplay, appealing to both amateur and professional baseball and softball players.
Challenge
Before adopting Ripple, ThumbPro relied on an external marketing agency to manage their email campaigns. While the agency provided professional services, the arrangement restricted their ability to fully control their brand messaging, limited the volume and frequency of emails, and resulted in high recurring costs. The agency sent emails once per week, requiring significant advance planning, which limited their responsiveness and agility. Furthermore, the ROI from working with larger agencies was unclear, and the entire process felt mysterious and complex, discouraging them from bringing email marketing in-house.

Step 4: Plan in advance
After getting comfortable with the design process, Nina was able to shift to an approach where more done was work in batches and in advance. She can now complete a month's of emails in just a day or two!
